What to bring

Swimsuit — required for the vapor caves.
Sandals or water shoes, and a water bottle (no glass) — recommended.

When to arrive

Check in at least 15 minutes before your massage — services start right on time.
Come up to an hour early to enjoy the caves first; stay after as long as you like.
Your two hours of cave access wrap around your massage however you prefer.
